How old is the appliance?
Do you have, and can you use, a multimeter?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Approx 14 months. I do not have and cannot use a multimeter

OK, thanks for that.

If we assume power is getting to the hob, then it suggests the power board on the hob has failed.

I would suggest checking your warranty with Beko, you may find it's a 2 year warranty. (The HII64400AT has a 2 year warranty and is listed on the Beko website).

If you can, check that power is getting to the hob.
If it is, call Beko and check on your warranty.

If they won't honour the warranty, you'll need to take the hob out and see if there's any obvious damage to the circuit boards inside the appliance.

Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
