KevinWhiteJA :

Hi Steve, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

How old is this washer ?

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : It was bought 2 years ago but wasn't used until 16 months ago
KevinWhiteJA :

well then in that case the problem should be solved after cleaning the drain pump assembly

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : Doesn't appear to be. Lights still flashing
KevinWhiteJA :

unplug the unit, pull it out and then tilt it 45 degrees so that if there is any excess water inside it comes out

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : done that
KevinWhiteJA :

have you cleaned the drain pump assembly as well completely or just the hoses ?

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : all of it compe
JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : all of it completely
KevinWhiteJA :

was there a power failure when the washer was in use ?

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : no
KevinWhiteJA :

sorry for the long delay

KevinWhiteJA :

was checking its parts

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : no probs
KevinWhiteJA :

what about the door lock LED

KevinWhiteJA :

does it flash as well ?

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : not on
KevinWhiteJA :

unplug the appliance...try to clean the door lock assembly, you can blow some air as well on that and then plug it back in ...let me know if all 4 LEDs still flash

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : will do that now
KevinWhiteJA :

ok waiting

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : done that, switched it back on, no lights at all at moment
JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : now they are all flashing & no door led light on
KevinWhiteJA :

OK, can you test the door interlock assembly with a multimeter...if it tests fine then it is the control that will need replacement

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : cannot test it tonight, will have to be in the morning. Will keep this page open & update you in the morning
KevinWhiteJA :

OK sure no problem

JACUSTOMER-sbfrdj04- : Works fine had electrician test all circuits?...
KevinWhiteJA :

OK, the door lock is fine what about the control ? if all lights are flashing it is the control that has to be replaced
