We have an 8kg washer F14A8TDSA5 showing CL when ever it is on and we can not clear as the buttons to press are just sensors and we can not use the washer help

Customer: Model F14A8TDsa5 prod. ALSQE UK is this any help

OK....Unplug the unit, plug it back after 3 minutes...then press & hold the Temp and Options button for around 15 seconds

Customer: Nothing can you receive pitchers as this is a rotary dial with light touch sensors not press switches

CL in your washer means Child Lock

KevinWhiteJA :

you will have to press and hold CL button for 10 seconds to unlock it

Customer: yes we know but we can not get it off or select a wash programme
Customer: Thank you don't know what we did but it has gone think god

OK...if it comes up again you have to press and hold the Spin button (child lock) button to turn it off
