Customer Question

Good afternoon

I have a Neff Cooker Hood, model D8601NOGB, which sort of went pop. nothing now switches on - fan or lights. I assume it is the fuse or something and have tracked down part number (Neff D8601N0GB/01 Fuse). Do you agree? I assume if it was the fan or motor the lights would switch on?

Be glad of your opinion.
