The fault you describe suggests the impellor jug (flow meter) is at fault.

Empty the machine fully.
Unplug it and disconnect it from the services.
Pull it out and lay it onto it's back (on some towels as water will spill out).

Take the panel on the base off.
Locate the flow meter and unplug it and plug it back on a few times.

Reassemble and try the machine again.

If the fault persists, you'll need a new impellor jug.
Simply fit this and it should cure the fault you have.

Copy and paste the following into a new browser window for the impellor jug and a picture of it.

Check it out, see how it goes and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
