I have a Beko WMB 71642. At beginning of wash it just dribbles

Customer Question

I have a Beko WMB 71642. At beginning of wash it just dribbles water into powder drawer. It then goes into pause and does nothing else. I've checked the filter on bott right corner and it's clean. The impellor spins freely. There are no kinks, etc in either water supply or waste lines. Recently it's been going into pause randomly during wash but now it just doesn't wash at all.
I notice on some forums there are instructions on how to perform factory reset on WMA machines but these don't seem to apply to mine since buttons are different.
