Hi, I have a bosch logixx slimline dishwasher, and it has done 1/2 a short cycle and the check water light came on. No water in the machine and doesn't sound like any water coming in or going out, although something is whirring/running, can you help please. Caroline
Unplug the appliance.
Pull it out and put towels behind it.
Tilt it rearward until it's almost on it's back.
Does water come out of the base?

OK, if you pour some water into the machine, is it immediately pumped out again?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No though on starting seems to fill then spray, has been making some very jerky kind of sounds lately when filling

OK, so if you pour water in it sprays it around?

Can you post the E-Nr number of the machine please?
If not on a label it will be very faintly etched across the top of the inner door.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It didn't drain the water I poured in, appeared to pump some in and spray/ cycle the water around

OK, is it actually washing now you've poured water in?
Pour in more if necessary.

Then, cancel the program and see if it drains the water.

Let me know what happens.

Now appears to be pumping water in, washing and pumping out again!!!

OK, unplug the appliance.
Take the top and left side panel off.

You'll see the large plastic metering tank and a smaller pressure chamber.

Are either blocking/scaling up?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Possibly, the big clear tank has some small deposits a clear/white chamber near a blue lever/switch has some Whitey yellow sediment on it, feels a little damp

The smaller one appears to be blocking.

You'll need to put towels down as water will come out.
Take the large tank off.
Take the pressure chamber out.
Take it apart, it's clipped together plastic.
Clean it all out.

Clean out the hose too, you'll need the panel below the door off to get to it.

Once all cleaned, remove any water in the base and reassemble the machine.

Try it again.
What happens?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Seems ok now jerky noise has stopped, should I run on a hot wash with a dishwasher cleaner? Thanks

Yes, that will help clean out the pipe work

Glad you got it sorted out.
