i have a cda wc370in dishwasher the door seem very lose , doesn't lock shut and the display is stuck on 'end' when pressing buttons it just beeps?
If you fully open the door, does it open beyond 90 degrees to the appliance?

When you shut the door, does it click shut then spring open?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

no it sits at 90 degrees, but when I try to shut it it does not click shut as it should.

OK, thanks for that.

Look into the slot in the door.
Is the lock in the closed position?

If it is, unplug the appliance.
Take the décor door off.
Take the facia panel off so you can access the lock.

Manually open the lock, if the lock is broken, you'll need a new one.

Once open, reassemble the machine and try it again.

Let me know what happens.

ok one quick question , how do I get the décor door off, I don't want to take out the wrong screws

It all depends on how the installer fitted it and the type of kitchen.

Sorry, you need to find out how the installer fitted it.

Even if you take out all the screws it shouldn't do any harm, you'll just have to then separate the décor door and outer door of the machine so you can rebuild it.

I have got it now, I have taken the lock off and it seems that the pin has slipped out of the holder and forcing the lock up out of position it doesn't look burst just a case of putting it back into position I think so the spring sits in place correctly?

Give it a try, see how it goes.

At worst, you'll need a new lock assembly.
At best, XXXXX XXXXX it out.

Good luck with it.
Let me know how it goes or if you need more help.

Hope this helped
