You need to first of all take the door off of the appliance.

Fully open the door.
At the hinge joint are U shaped pieces of metal that flip over.
Flip these up and fully over.
Once both are in position, lift the door as if to close it and it will come out of the slots in the cavity.

Lay the door flat.
Use a large pair of pliers and push the hinges open, flip the U shaped parts back and slowly release the hinge back into position.

Once both hinges are unlocked, take the screws out the top of the door.
Separate the inner and outer doors.

You can now change the hinges.

Once changed, reassemble the door halves.
Open the hinges and lock them open (using the large pliers).

Fit the door back in place ensuring the cut out part of the hinge sits on the metal lip of the sockets they go into.

Fully open the door, flip the U shaped parts back.
Close the door, job done.
