I have a Bosch oven with the pyrilitic cleaning function. I have only ever used this for cleaning - no other chemicals at all. After the latest clean there is a white crystal/powder deposit everywhere. I have wiped this off from the sides & bottom but cannot reach the roof/grill area. What can I do?
There is a horrible smell too & I don't want to use it at all.
Do I run the programme again?
Model HBN 532A. purchased 1995. Light usage by 1 careful lady owner.

I have seen this many times so don't worry.
As for reaching the roof/grill, you can use a small brush that has a wand attachment. You can find these at stores like home improvement and basic hardware stores.
I usually attach a cloth to the end, something like an old tee short with a rubber band for this task, it works well.
I will also first use a good quality spray bottle with plain water to wet the area well first.
This will take care of the problem for you;-)
