Welcome, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

Hi Maya

This actually sounds like the pipework at the back "shuddering" when the compressor starts and stops.

Pull the machine out and check that nothing is touching at the back.
Leave it out for a few hours on a level floor and see if the noise has gone.

If it has, put it back, making sure its not touching the wall at he back and that it is level.

If you need ore help, please just ask.

In the meantime,

tank you, but thats not it. its not touching anything the noise is ALWAYS on. its metallic and suttle rumbling.

Hi Maya

Is it the compressor thats making the noise?
At the back of the amachine down on the floor is the black compressor. Be carefull it can be very hot.
Is the noise coming from there?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No, the noise is coming from the middle. metallic rumbling.

tx !

Hi Maya

OK, if this is coming from the middle of the appliance, it could be the fan.

There is a fan that forces the cold ait=r around and this may be hitting the cover.

Does that sound ike it could be it?

Can you tell me the full model number?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no, it sounds more like trapped air and water.

Hi Maya

I dont think we are going to resolve this remotely, sorry.

You originally said it was a metallic noise??

I know its difficult to describe a noise, but I think its best that someone come and listen to it, if you are concerned.

Sorry, I gave it my best shot for you

All the best

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

thank you ! it was worth a shot. could have been that you immediately knew what it was. could have been typical "fridge gone wrong noise".

Your welcome

Good luck with it
