Has the machine stopped full or empty of water?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Its still full. Ive tried to re set and re start a few times but it keeps getting stuck at the drainage stage.

OK, you need to manually remove the water from the machine.

Lower the drain hose to the floor, with the end in a bucket, and drain the water out.

Take the plastic cover below the front panel off.
Is there a screw cap there?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Phew!! ok doing that now... there is a black plastic screw on the right hand side.

Once the water is out of the machine, unscrew the filter cap and take the filter out.
Remove any debris in there.
Take the laundry out of the machine.
Put the drain hose back in place, put the machine on spin only.
Look into the open filter housing.
Is the X shaped item spinning?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Hi - all done.

The white plastic x is not spinning Cry

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Done it!!! dug deeper and found a lace.

It is making a funny noise mind.

It is now spinning but doesnt sound too healthy....

OK, you need to try it with the filter back in and some water in it.

It should sound a bit better with water in it.

Let me know what you find.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
