F21 indicates a motor circuit fault.
Most likely, the carbon brushes have worn out.
Less likely, broken wiring or faulty control board.

You have to erase the stored errors after repair.

The machine stores 5 codes so you may need to do this several times to clear the codes

Turn the knob to off.

Close the door.

Turn the knob to 6 o'clock position.

Wait 2 seconds.

The start/pause should begin flashing.

(If the start button doesn't flash, just carry on trying to erase the codes).

Press and hold the spin button. (it may be marked RPM)

Turn the knob to 7 o'clock position.

Wait 2 seconds.

Release the button.

Turn the knob to off.
This is the procedure to clear the fault codes, it doesn't repair the motor.

If your machine continually displays f21 after this, I'm afraid it points to a wiring or control board fault.

Hope this helps
