Got a condenser tumble dryer WT46E100GB 2 years old. Water

This answer was rated:

Got a condenser tumble dryer WT46E100GB 2 years old. Water is being removed from clothes but not getting into the condensation container. We have insured that the air cooler is clean and that the fluff filter is also clear. On removal of the back cover, water poured out from the fan housing area. The fan at the rear is operational. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi, sorry to hear that. This is usually a blockage in a hose. But in your case, there is a hose that ha broken or come off its fitting so the water is just leaking, what you need to do is either take the whole thing apart and look for the bad hose that leads to the condensation container.
it should be fairly easy to trace, just start from the condensation container and work upward.
I will stick with you until this is fixed but since this may take some time, if you will rate my service in a positive fashion thus far before you close this page, the system will allow me to schedule free follow ups with you and also ensure your question will NOT close or time out;-)
You will then be able to contact me at anytime at no additional cost until we have this fixed for you.

Thank you XXXXX

Thanks for your help. Sorry to have been so long in replying but it took time to strip it down. I have blown through all the hoses I can see on the left hand side of the machine. They appeared to be clear. I have put the machine back together again and we tried to dry some towels. Result -towels very dry, but no water in the condensation container. Would you expect this and what should I be looking at now?

Hi Charles, there wont always be water in the condensation chamber.
But now something you did actually cleared some type of blockage ;-)
Thats good, but if it stops working again, please let me know, I will be here to help you.
Thanks Charles and have a great day!
