My Aga is not charging at night. I think the timer clock is not working. What should I do?

Hi sorry to hear that, how old is your oven?
also what does it do when you try to set it?
And any thing different happening on the clock display?
Thank you

It is about a year and a half old, bought it new.

The clock seems to set normally (It is one where you push out the times you want the power to come on) and it clicks round as you turn it.

A couple of nights ago I reset the clock but it didn't make the last click to switching on so I just turned it a little and it came on and charged and then switched off in the morning. I thought I had fixed it but last night it didn't switch on again.

There is another little face in the middle that I am not sure of the importance of - it has two hands like a clock but no numbers. Does that need to be set at the right time as well because I am not sure how to match up the two?

Hi Kristin, Did this work for you before?

Also I need the full model #.

Thank you Tech Michael

Full model # XXXXX XXXXX

When I moved the dial on a couple of nights ago it then charged fine but until recently it charged without any problems.

Hi Kristen, unfortunately this is a failed clock.
Electronic and the mechanical clocks on these both seem to fail equally.
Its pretty easy to replace and I can help you locate a new clock for your oven.
What happened is a one of the teeth on an internal gear has broken, so thats why you need to push it manually to get it to go that last bit and it cant do it on its own:-(
I will help you all the way through this repair if you want?
Please let me know.
I will stick with you until this is working as it should but since this may take some time, if you will rate my service in a positive fashion thus far before you close this page, the system will allow me to schedule free follow ups with you and also ensure your question will NOT close or time out;-)
You will then be able to contact me at anytime at no additional cost until we have this fixed for you.

Thank you Kristin.
