Does the cooling fan run when you turn the power to the machine on?
How long does it run for after use?

OK, either the cut in thermostat for the cooling fan has failed or, the control board has a failed relay on it, powering the fan continuously.

You would need to isolate the power to the appliance, take it out of it's location and take the panels off to try and narrow the fault down.

Once you have access, locate the cooling fan.
Follow the wires back from it.

If they go to a small cut in thermostat, try replacing this first.

If they go direct to a circuit board, you'll likely need a new board.

Check it out, see what you find and get back to me.

Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.
