Hi, I have a neff v6320x0gb washer dryer, and the thermal

Customer Question

I have a neff v6320x0gb washer dryer, and the thermal cut out on the dryer keeps tripping. I have reset it a couple of times, and cleaned the fluff out from around the heating element. That worked for a few months, but now it keeps on tripping.

This can only be an airflow problem or a faulty thermostat.

If the fan is running properly and the condenser chamber is clear (assuming the heater chamber is clear) then it's the thermostat.

Check the condenser chamber below the fan is clean and clear of fluff.
(The condenser is the large plastic unit below the fan)

Once it's all clean and clear then you're left with the fan and the thermostat.

Check them out, see what you find and get back to me.

Hope this helps
