Customer Question

I have a viking vdsc536. I had an electrical fire that burned the convection fan.i have a new fan installed but there is something wrong with the sensor evading the signal. I need to know what ohms or hertz does the cooler sensor work with. Or if there is anything I can do to get the sensor to read the fan motor information?
