Hi espares were the first people I tried and they cannot supply either, If all the numbers are valid then why can the bolts not exist does not make sense to me I know that the plastic sleeve need to be 66mm long from the back of the casing to the outer drum but cannot find anywhere that gives dimensions

OK, it's a bit of a mystery why it's available for only certain 85 numbers.

I take it you are moving house and want to transport the machine.

There is an alternative you can use.
The transit bolts simply hold the drum steady while the machine is being moved.
If you take the top off (unplugged of course) you can wedge the drum using blankets or polystyrene blocks.

The spacer that the screw goes through has the part number .481253268151
When I search for this, it's listed at and at

If you need the exploded view diagram, I can upload it and you'll see the spacer is at position 9610 on the diagram.

Could you please upload the diagram and email it to me thanking you for your assistance Regards ***** *****

I can't email it to you but if you copy and paste the following into a new browser window, it will download from mediafire.

9610 is on the left of the page, halfway up the rear of the machine.

Hope it helps
