I have an eco-bubble washing machine and am very disappointed.

I have an eco-bubble washing machine and am very disappointed. After the wash the clothes feel as if they have not been rinsed thoroughly and towels etc. are a stiff as boards.
What can I do?

I have had the trouble from the beginning

I am sorry I had to ask so many questions but I wanted to be sure to give you the proper advice is all;-)
This sounds like you may have motor issue here, and its possible it was defective from the start. But since so much time has gone by, the manufacturer wont likely fix it free :-(
But that is who I would call first before calling in an appliance repair tech that is local to you.
See what they say, they may fix this for cheap or even free!

someone came to look at it and says that it is working normally so I shall have to try again and see what happens. I showed him the stiff towels but he says it must be what I am doing, so I shall have to try again.

Hi Pam, well... let me know what happens, it could just be a terrible design ;-(
