Customer Question

we have a bosch diswasher 6yrs old, never given us any problems , now after laying a new floor its leaking at the front around the door hinges, ive cleaned out the rubber seal, then had a british gas board technician look at it and he says its because its not level ? he said it was laying forward and without checking with a level !!! ive checked it with a level & it fine across the door, but lays backwards slightly, is this the problem ? he said the doors were not waterproof ? only splash proof !!
kind regards

Hi Paul sorry for the delay bad storms here no power for a bit.
This is a bad front main door seal. I have seen this more times than I care to mention lol.
Do you need a source for that part?
I will tell you one thing about this one, its best fitted by an appliance technician because its extremely difficult to fit without a leaking new seal.
Its one of those times experience is really going to help here.
I wish I had better news for you I really do but thats the best advice I can give to save you money and grief ;-)
No additional cost to you to rate and then I will stick with you until this is fixed and working as it should.
Thank you Paul and have a great day!
