F27 is an incorrect flame fault. or it has not sensed a flame present. its most commonly a flame sensor fault but as you have had a water leak it could be the pcb.
I would be inclined to get someone out to look at it. A flame sensor is approx £50.00 if its not that and is the pcb you are going to end up paying more to have tried it yourself.
