Sorry - just had a look - nothing on front of machine and I am unable to move it to look elsewhere.

Hi please open the door, and look all around in that area, the model should be listed in there.
Thank you

Got it - Bosch classixx 1400 express.

Thank you Ann,
Hi try running a small pies of stiff wire through the dispenser but if that doesnt work If still the same the dispenser will need to be taken apart.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the top off
Take the dispenser out.
Take the hoses off the rear of the dispenser (noting where they fit).
Take the screws holding the dispenser in place out.
Move the dispenser into the machine a little.
Un clip the top of the dispenser from the body.
Push the tub down and pull the dispenser top out.
Clean it out in the sink, ensuring water runs through it freely.
Reassemble the machine and try it again.
This should allow the water through to take the conditioner away.
Try it out, let me know how it goes.
Thank you
