It about 6 years old - hard wired into the mains 16 amp supply.
Moves quite freely, sounds as if something is rubbing slightly but I would not say enough to stop the motor rotating the drum. might just be the belt and pulleys.
I have the top, front top and front bottom completely of the machine so I can see the belt and it is all OK, not snapped.
Please advise what to check now.
Machine is not responding at all. I know I have power but it is as if the start switch or door switch or timer dial is not working correctly. The belt is OK, checked.

this unit is showing an internal fuse. Okay it looks like the fuse is inline and could be in a fuse holder in this . heres the diagram. The fuse should be under the top if you remove the top of the machine. the fuse is number 21. //f01.justanswer.com/ref/http_c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/W0705026-00001.png
Perfect, thank you. Found the fuse and yes it has blown. Do these normally go over time or might I have another problem?
