CDA oven, control panel lights are flashing ?

I have a CDA built in oven, the control panel lights are flashing when the oven is not in use , what does this mean and how do I stop them flashing ? Do I need to call in a repair man, the oven is out of warrenty, what will happen if I do not get it repaired if a repair is needed ?

The label on the inside of the oven has the following id numbers on it CD 601/2SS Ser No 73415 0295

It was fitted in November 2007

It has been switched off for hours and even days with no change
