Bernina 707 has bobbin unable to rotate fully when the wheel is rotated thus stopping wheel rotating further.

It seems something is stuck in there and that is the reason the wheel is not rotating

you will have to take the bobbin out and clean it to make sure nothing is stuck in there

In fact I have managed it. The problem was that the bobbin could not be moved to the right point. I managed to release the bobbin holder mechanism and hopefully it should now work.
