Have you removed the rear panel inside the freezer to see if theres an ice build up on the evaporator?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

there is ice on it but what do you class as a build up? The compressor is running all the time apart from when the door is opened.

Ok a build is a lot of ice. As it should only be a layer of frost on there.

Can you post a picture of the evaporator please?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I cannot do a picture so what would you suggest, there is ice not frost

Ok if its ice then this will be blocking the air flow up into the fridge.

So what you need to do is get a hairdryer and melt all the ice on there till its clear.
Under the evaporator is the drain hole. Make sure this is clear as these do like to block up and causes it to ice up. So test it by makeing sure the water drains out through the hole ok.

Then refit the panels and turn it back on. Then see how it goes from there. Fingers crossed this should sort it and after a few hours you will feel the cold air in the fridge again.

Let me know how it goes.
