I recently tried to have a Bosch semi-integrated dishwasher

Customer Question

I recently tried to have a Bosch semi-integrated dishwasher SMI50C02 fitted. The retailer's fitter said he could not fit it because my kitchen didn't have the right connections. He took the machine back and my payment has been reimbursed. However I would still like to get this type of dishwasher fitted to replace my old but still working AEG machine. Can you tell me in layman-speak what I need to have done if anything to my existing water and electricity supply?

Have you already got a dishwasher in place?

Also what connections was wrong?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes an old AEG favorit Sensor Logic which I want to replace. All he said was Spurred Connection Level 3 which means nothing to me or the shop salesman.

Ok i dont now what he means either by Spurred Connection Level 3.

Is the plug for this pushed into a socket or is it hard wired into a juncation box?
