Kenwood dishwasher KDW60X13. My dinner plates are fowled by the rotatary washer blade. I have tried the upright adjustable rack and the slightly inclined position but both are fowling. Is there a third setting to give greater headroom?
Hi, Are you speaking of the upper wash arm?
Also how old is your dishwasher?
And is this an issue that recently happened or has it always been this way?
Thank you

Upper arm. Bought Curry's 2 months ago. Always like that - no untoward incident.

Hi Joy, thank you for the information. This is unfortunately a situation where there just isn't more room up there. I wish there were an adjustment I really do, I have had this issue my self;-( that said this is a very good model dishwasher.
The best thing I can say is to put the large plates in the bottom rack.
Also the unit is so new you could exchange it for one that does have more room? Its just one of those things, they don't make smaller rollers I have checked into that as well for you.
I will stick with you if you have any further questions Joy.
But Please rate my service to you, kindly before closing this page you will still have access to me and you can contact me anytime

Thank you Joy and have a great day!
