Indesit idca 835 is leaking water f on underneath and the water trap is empty..... Any idea please..... Cheers Nige

Ok what you need to do is pull the dryer out and at the back you will see the pump. Its cliped into the back panel at the top so use a screwdriver and prise it open and then remove the pump.

From there you need to give this a good clean out as they can block up with water.
Then look in the chamber on the left hand side and you will see a slot. This is were the water enters the chamber so make sure this is clear. Poke something in there.

Then remove the condensor chamber at the front and then reach on there at the back and feel the bottom towards the right hand side and scoop out as much fluff as you can.

Once this is all clear refit the pump and condenser chamber and retry the dryer and see how it goes. Fingers crossed this will sort the fault out as when you get the problem you have its always something to do with that area getting blocked up.
