How do I replace a blown lamp on a Siemens extractor fan hood over my hob

Hi that is pretty easy, you need to look for a screw that holds the lens in place. if yours doesn't have one then simply pry with a tiny blade screwdriver around the lens until it comes out then the lamp will be visible. Do you have a replacement lamp? Or do you need a source?

You can usually find the Model number/E Nr by removing the filters and looking on the inside of the extractor
