sorry i am not at home so cannot get model the stove is roughly 7 years old it is grey and red it is on the nordica site

Thank you,
How long has the stove been functioning ok with he upgrade to gas?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i have not used it for the last 3 years because i could not afford to get it fixed and am finding it really difficult to get the right person to look at it as it is not a standard oven and i have lost the manuel.

Thanks for the reply,
These stoves need a yearly professional cleaning to keep them running well. In your case the issue is a failed thermocouple. That is the safety device that will cause the unit to shut down if it cant detect fire. It will click and light but then shortly after it shuts the gas off.
You will need the model # ***** order that part.
This is something thats best fitted by a Gas technician for safety reasons.

ok thanks could you please tell me where the model num will be

Hi its kind of hard to be sure but look carefully around the door edges when you open. Usually it is in a spot on a metal plate. They hide them a bit but not so bad as they know you will need that to order parts;-)
