Customer Question

Dear Ro,
I have a Worcester combi boiler 35CDI boiler and it seems to be connected to a separate system supplying my heated towel rail. Is it possible to gain some control over when the tail rail is heated or not as iam concerned about the gas consumption?

Hi if you have a Combi then the heating should all work together at the same time,

Have vyou considered using a thermostatic radiator valve . this would allow you to turn it off or set a temperature ?
