Customer Question

My new LG bedroom TV is attached to the boosted antenna which serves all tv s in the house. It follows a previous set by another maker, which worked fine.
The LG autotunes fine but a few hours after switching to standby, drops all its settings and its incoming signal and needs re-tuning. I stress this never happened with 2 previous sets on the same aerial point.

Dales-Electronic :

Hello My name is Ian ~ I am not on the site constantly so please be patient whilst waiting for responses to you queries

Dales-Electronic :

Have you gone from analogue to digital by chance ie not throught a set top box?

JACUSTOMER-1c5c09i1- :

We have no set top box on this TV but where the tuning gives me the option I choose DTV tuning from antenna.

Dales-Electronic :

OK give me a minute

Dales-Electronic :

Bearing in mind that this is a new TV in the first instant I would contact LG on the attached link and ask there advice ~ their technical helpline from personal experience is very good and they will direct you in the right direction. My concern is that if we start messing around you could invalidate you warranty on what may be a know fault to the LG guys ~~ Hope that helps, if so kindly rate the supplied information ~ you can always come back on here at no extra charge if you require further help. ~~ Ian
