I have aDW 686 Beko dishwahser

..  It has flooded this morning I have aDW 686 Beko dishwahser.. It has flooded this morning and wont pump out

No noise on turn on, Press start and 1/2 load gives cycling error re2 er 3 er9

2 years old, it seemed to cycle through the errors

is there a seeting to get the pump to work

Please unplug the unit and plug it back after around 2-3 minutes...simultaneously press and hold the start button for several seconds... let me know if it resets the cycle or the start light will flash?

Customer:

er 2 er1 er 9 comes up flashing

Customer:

on p0

I did press the power button and the start button

please pull the unit out and then remove the kick plate & tip it backwards around 45 degrees

also check if there are any leaks somewhere

OK will do but it will be in around 30 minutes as I have just got a phone call I need to deal with !

ok its now been tipped 45 degrees.. No obvious leaks..

still gves errors, there is sti water in it. I have justrun itthrouegh the quick cycle and it is not draining still..

so it stops when it get to thepump out part

ok do you also hear a hum from the pump ?

I dont think the pump hums?

OK, basically you will have to clean it completely ...to do this take off the outer panel and then the bottom panel under the door, after you see the drain pump twist it out. After the pump comes off clear everything insider and then refit to see if still you get those errors...let me know how it goes.

I have the front plate off which is he drain pump is theree a diagram

got it, undid the cable tie and twisted, there was a small piece of glass in the pipe it seems ok now....
