Welcome, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

Can you tell me, is there water still in the machine, above the filters?
Also how and where is the waste hose attached to the house waste?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Hello. There is water still above the filter in the bottom of the machine. The waste pipe leaves at the bottom of the machine and goes into a sink drain.
Hi James

Either the hose or the pump is blocked

Disconect the hose at the sink. Pull the machine out and put the hose along the floor and into a low bowl
Start the machine, water should get pumped out now.

Check the hose and the spigott on the sink for blockages. If all is now clear, reconnect and all should be good

Can I ask you to take a moment and rate my responses so far? Please use the smiley faces which you should now see. Please remember you are rating me personally, not the website or the problems you have had with this machine.

the machine is now going through a wash cycle which it wasn't before. Can I stop it to enable drainage or leave for the end of this cycle.? Can't keep you waiting so can I come back to you a bit later?
Hi James

I suspect it wont drain without you unblocking the hose,
Either way, let me know what happens OK?

In the meantime, please dont forget to rate now as this is the only way I get credit for spending my time helping you today.
