Customer Question

Hi rob,
I changed the door locking mechanisum and when reconnected the electrical plugs to the circuit board and switch the unit is NOT powering up. I have checked all the power supply and plug fuse and all is ok.

Hi this is tech Michael,
did the unit have power before replacing the lock mech?
or was it dead at that point?
Please explain. Also did you use a meter for testing for power and the fuses?
Thank you
Tech Michael
