Dales-Electronic :

Hello My name is Ian ~ I am not on the site constantly so please be patient whilst waiting for responses to you queries

Dales-Electronic :

Can you give me the model number and serial no please

JACUSTOMER-qqg28ixx- : Sorry don't have its a five year old integrated fridge freezer
Dales-Electronic :

OK it should be either on the inner sidewall or behind the salad draws

JACUSTOMER-qqg28ixx- : Serial no is SAL2027GGB
Dales-Electronic :

OK you will have to leave it with me until tomorrow when I can get through to them, the problem is that Admiral has changed hands a number of times these last years and I need to find out who manufactured your model so get further information about how it works ~ Ian

Dales-Electronic :

OK this is a Whirlpool built Admiral fridge/freezer, you might wish to put down the following that will help you should you have further problems its model number is ***** (not the serial number) and its product code (which is very important that you keep) is 8595 1051 5000. Are you able to get the appliance out to work behind it?

JACUSTOMER-qqg28ixx- :

Not presently as at work but will can try later. Is it likely to be straightforward to repair?

Dales-Electronic :

At this stage I am not sure, I need you to carry out some checks first as this product has a self test facility but they are well renowned for having printed circuit board problems. The reason I needed to check was that the original Admiral products were taken over by Whirlpool and I needed to know whether pre or post Whirlpool manufacture. I will be back from work at around 7pm so we can carry out the checks later ~ Ian
