Hello, my name is***** be patient whilst awaiting any responses as I'm not constantly available.

Can you open the door and tell me the product code from the label therein

Customer: ***********
Customer: Thank you george for your time
George-Allsorts :

You are very welcome... Can you re-post the number but put a # ***** of the number so that I can see it please

Customer: #91609421904.
George-Allsorts :

Thanks for that.. I can see it now... Please wait a short while whilst I overview the information on the model

George-Allsorts :

Ok.. I have looked at your model.. The drum that you feel flopping around is held at the back by a spindle that goes through a bearing.. It seems that either the spindle has worn through or the bearing has given way

Customer: Is there no bearing pads at front?
George-Allsorts :

My apologies.. I saw drum but not front... one moment and I'll look for you

George-Allsorts :

Ok.. at the front end of the drum you have a bearing seal and a drum roller assembly... Can you tell me how floppy the drum is?

Customer: There is about 6mm side to died movement
George-Allsorts :

Can you also put your hand inside and push up at the rear of the drum to see if there is any play there

Customer: There is no play at the rear
George-Allsorts :

OK.. then you need to replace the bearing seal at the front

George-Allsorts :

Also.. can you turn the drum by hand to see if there is any problem with the roller

Customer: Thanks could you give me the part number of seal george please
George-Allsorts :

Will do.. one moment

Customer: Drum is a bit tight but turns ok
George-Allsorts :
