We have a Samsung fridge/freezer RSG5UUBPght just over 1 year

We have a Samsung fridge/freezer RSG5UUBPght just over 1 year ago.
This morning found both the fridge NOT cold and the freezer defrosting, with water dripping out of the freezer bottom (I think from the melting ice)
The temperature indicators on the front display panel come on when a button is pressed but they were previously always on.
There is a noise from the back of the fridge - ? compressor.
Please let us know what is wrong and how to fix it.
