Hi .can you take the room stat off the wall and take it to the reciever?
When you turn thevheatingvon and off do the lights on the reciever change?
It reads 22.5 and the lights do come on and off
Ok . use the arrow up button and take it to Max. Does the heating come on now
the heating is on and is so hot it does not go off when placed on off
i had to and turn it down from the boiler
So , the cm67 is working?
i won't say it is because it no longer controls the heat

the heat is on consistently it does not go off even when the themostat is on the off position
Ok . can you use the button down button , press till it goes to minimum. Does it turn off?
it stops at 5 and still is on and does not go off
on manual setting and when place on off it still does not go off
Ok , on the reciever can you press the override button. Does the heating turn off then?
The light should go red

Ok , the grey button is the override. Press that and see if the heating turns off

The way I copy and paste . I get the image up , press right click , copy image , then paste into the writing box. But you probably have done that
Hi , most likely its the reciever box that's faulty . as theyvatevoften the part to go wrong . just wanted to double check that it wasn't by our boiler PCB
yes the boiler is working fine and is the one regulating the heat right now

i really wanted to know if there was a way to reset the themostat and then reconfigure it and see if it will kick it back to work
it has been idle since May re not used so i don't know if it lost its configurations

Put slider to off, press 3 4 and I simultaneously, this should get you into installer mode

i think it is in installer mode but does not let me go to 16

Ocevthose buttons are pressed together you should get 1 op come up on the display

Hi , can you try this . press the button on the reciever .red led should be on . press and hold button for 15 seconds till starts to flash. Then press and hold button again until starts to flash a different speed . this will put it into the connection mode. Get the room stat and press the arrow buttons and button 1 together . this should connect the two . then press the arrow up and down buttons to confirm its working
Slider should be in the off position
After this put slider into auto
If that doesn't work for you , I will phone Honeywell in the morning if that's ok

Hi . just spoke to Honeywell. The reciever must be off , no led lit. Turn off by pressing the button. Then get the room stat , take it to the reciever. Put it to off .press arrows up and down and button 1 all at the same time.this should recconect the two . put to manual and use arrows up and down to turn on and off
