Customer Question

We have a Bosch Freezer, model No GSD34N11GB (01), purchased from Hughes 11.10.2010, the thermostat of which you changed early in its life, because of over-icing.The problem was not solved, and still exists. (The freezer is located in our unheated garage, but seems the same whatever the season.

Has the fault stayed the same since they replaced the thermostat or did it cure it at first?
