I have a Bosch aqua star silver edition dishwasher that I cannot

This answer was rated:

I have a Bosch aqua star silver edition dishwasher that I cannot get out of 'turbo boost' mode. I have pressed reset button seconds with no luck. I've turned it off at the mains while, this hasn't done anything. I cannot find my troubleshooting guide and I'm tearing my hair out. Can you help me please?
KevinWhiteJA :

, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

Please tell me its complete model number

Customer: Where do I find that?
KevinWhiteJA :

usually located on or inside the door

KevinWhiteJA :

starts with E nr

Customer: I'm just looking
KevinWhiteJA :

OK thanks

Customer: SMS65E38GB/75
Customer: is that it completely?
KevinWhiteJA :

Thank you

KevinWhiteJA :

is it giving any errors as well ?

Customer: No, when I turn it on, it just flashes 'H' then switches to 0.25, then back to 'H'
Customer: If I press reset button, it goes to 0.01 then goes off after a minute and reverts back to 'H'
KevinWhiteJA :

ok does it have a delay button ?

Customer: It has a start delay button and plus and minus buttons
KevinWhiteJA :

press the start delay and minus button

Customer: Tried that, no change to flashing 'H'
KevinWhiteJA :

ok and if you press the delay button repeatedly does it change the H 00;01 to H 0.00

Customer: No
KevinWhiteJA :

OK, unplug the appliance -4 minutes...plug it back and simultaneously press and hold the START button 15 seconds...let me know how it goes

Customer: Ok will do. I did try all that last night and it didn't help but I'll try it again
KevinWhiteJA :

OK... please let me know how it goes

Customer: Tried that but no change
KevinWhiteJA :

OK and you are sure it is H then 0.01 not H:00 or H:01

Customer: Perhaps I need to get someone out from Bosch?
Customer: Yep I'm sure. If I could take a picture I would
KevinWhiteJA :

ok and what happens if you press the program button C

Customer: I don't have a C on the machine
Customer: i have vario speed, half load, intensive zone, intensive with a lock function, auto, Eco, delicate, turbo speed 20mins, pre rinse, start in +\-, extra dry and start
KevinWhiteJA :

and what happens if you press the minus or plus buttons ?

Customer: nothing
Customer: its a bit of a pain isn't it?
KevinWhiteJA :

KevinWhiteJA :

KevinWhiteJA :

Customer: It's the pre rinse button. I've just pressed it and now its flashing '15'
Customer: its got rid of the 'H' thank goodness.
Customer: Now the pre rinse is flashing 15!
