Customer Question

Zanussi ZWF14070G1 When I do a woollen wash, the door will not release, and I end up putting programme selector dial to top, turning power off for 10 seconds, and then doing a Drain programme.
Is there an easier way, please?

George-Allsorts :

Hello, my name is***** be patient whilst awaiting any responses as I'm not constantly available.

This is a good indication that you need to do a service wash.... Please remove the kickpanel to access & clean the filter housing of any debris.. With nothing in the tub/drum, put the washer on the hottest wash setting that is allowed by your appliance and allow the appliance to run the full cycle.. This will clean any blockages to the pressure system..

After this, re-try your wool wash and let me know how you get on

George-Allsorts :

Did this resolve your problem, or do you require further assistance?

JACUSTOMER-iaeagb8x- :

Did the service wash but it hasn't solved the problem, which remains.
