Hello, my name is George..

It sounds from what you are saying that you have the Door set as an Entry Exit circuit with tone.. In this state, you will get a tone at the box whenever that door is opened... This is a utility mostly utilised in shops to alert staff that customers are entering the shop.

If this is the case, then your alarm is working normally.. If you do not want the Entry Exit tone on, then you need to disable it using your manual.

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.
