Are you able to restart a spin cycle?

Are you getting any flashing lights from it?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes it washes but no spin so stays full of water. Then after ten mins the lights flash.

Ok what you need to do is remove the plastic trim on the front at the bottom. From there you will see the filter on the right hand side.

Get a shallow tray under the filter if you can and slacken the filter and slowerly drain the water out from there.

Once the water is out you can fully remove the filter from there and give it a good clean out. Then look inside the chamber were the filter goes and in thee at the back is the pump impeller. Check theres nothing stuck in there stopping the impeller from turning. Free it off and then refit the filter and retry the washer and fingers crossed thats sorted the fault from there.

But if not then just get back to me.

Just wondering how you got on with the washer as the question is still open.

Do you still need help on this?
