I have a dishwasser sd11xt.
after washing, the water is not pumped away.
How can I resolve this problem?

Can you post the full model number please. Its usually on a sticker on the side of the door or etched into the door frame on the top left when you open it and starts E-nr

Thanks for that. First check the drain hose and were it drains to. If it goes under a sink then remove the spigot it pushes onto and check theres nothing stuck in there. If thats ok then you need to check the drain pump.

What you need to do on this scoop the water out from inside the dishwasher.

Then remove the outer door panel and the wooden plinth at the bottom of the kitchen.

Then you need to remove the metal trim at the bottom below the door.

Then you will see a hose on the far left at the front. Pull this hose out.

Then from there you can see the pump. You need to remove this, Its a twist fit so push the tab in and twist the pump off and remove any debris stuck in there.

Then refit the pump and retry the appliance and fingers crossed this will cure it.
