My GE fridge freezer, model PCG23NHMFFBB7UK keeps freezing the food stored in the fridge section. The temperature is set at +3 degrees, but is continuously recording between -3 & -4. When we have manager to reduce the temperature by leaving the door open the recorded temperature returns to -3/-4. what can be done to rectify this situation.

Hello David, my name is***** is an old 2004 model and the problem is likely to be with the thermostat or the damper on the thermostat...

If the parts are still available, then you will need an engineer to replace them.
