beko wm95135 washer problem . will not fill properly . program seems to be stuck. how do I access fault codes, or reset machine
Hello, my name is George..

Press the two left hand keys underneath the display simultaneously for 3-5 secs to read the fault code. Is the error code displayed.. if so, what is it?

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

there is a small 2 at the bottom of the display

Ok, was there an E displayed in the screen before hand?

hello George

You still there??

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

There is a lower case e to the right of the program time display

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

for info

I have run check mode previously. first prewash fills then empties then main wash fills a bit then empties, then rinse wills and empties, nothing else on pressing start/pause button

Ok, thanks for that...

The system is indicating that you have an open circuit on the heater circuit... This could just be a broken element.. Use a multimeter to check if the heater itself is O/C
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I do not think it is showing an error code so how can it point to heater problem

The e means error.. The 2 means heater section.

Try doing this to confirm this.

Close the machine door if opened.
Switch the ON/OFF on the appliance to the OFF position.
Move program selection switch to Cotton, then turn on On/Off whilst pressing and holding START/PAUSE button.
Door will lock and an Error Code will be displayed in the screen.

Once you have done this, power OFF at the ON/OFF switch

have done

just goes to full display check

Are you able to use a multimeter?

Have you checked the heater yet?

Once you have checked the heater and its NTC and found positive results, then try running a program again... However, if you get negative results on the heater or NTC tests you'll need to replace the respective part before continuing.

What results are you getting from the tests?
