Have a look at the heater relay on the PCB... look for dry or broken joints in the soldering

Also have a look at the wires that run under the door to the heater from the pcb... make sure they have continuity.

Where will I find PC board
The PCB is behind the control panel on these models .. you need to remove the front panel, then remove the facia panel... The board is attached to the rear of the facia panel.

Don't forget to check the wiring whilst you have the front panel off.
